Stanley Lao was present at the event to deliver an inspirational talk to the students and members of the esports organization. He opened up about his past experiences of growing up, from having an easy upbringing as a child and being part of groups known for misbehaving in school.

Once he had grown into his teenage years, his family business had started to struggle and he started to become fearful of losing the privileges he has, he became a smart business minded person. In order to keep the things that made him comfortable he worked hard devised plans and back up plans that would reassure him.

He emphasized the importance of having a plan once you have finished school, having a vision, things that aren’t taught in books and in school you need to have a plan of how to survive after school and having a vision of what you want to do in the next five years and so forth.
